About
Sales leadership built on experience, not theory.
Peachstone Group was founded to give growing B2B companies access to the kind of senior sales expertise that's usually reserved for large enterprises.
Bryan Christie is a sales executive with 20+ years of experience building, leading, and turning around B2B sales organizations across technology, SaaS, and consulting. He founded Peachstone Group to bring that same caliber of embedded, accountable sales leadership to companies that need it most.
Bryan's career spans VP and Director of Sales roles at some of the world's largest multinationals as well as fast-moving startups and growth-stage businesses — across healthcare, finance, manufacturing, and other complex industries. Whatever the size of the organization or the shape of the challenge, he has been there: building go-to-market teams from scratch, turning around underperforming functions, developing partner ecosystems, and driving sustained growth across multiple regions.
His approach is direct and practical. He believes most sales challenges come down to a small number of root causes — unclear process, misaligned incentives, or the wrong people in the wrong roles — and that fixing them requires honest diagnosis and disciplined execution, not more frameworks. He is a member of the Chartered Institute of Marketing (UK) and holds an Associate designation from the Chartered Institute of Management.
Bryan is also the founder of Act Like You Can Sell — a sales training and speaking company where he delivers keynotes, workshops, and coaching programs for sales leaders and their teams. He is the author of Act Like You Can Sell and is based in Dallas, TX.
Our philosophy
What we believe about sales
Accountability over advice
We don't just tell you what to do — we take ownership of outcomes alongside you. That means being embedded in the work, not observing from the outside.
Process before personality
Sustainable revenue growth comes from repeatable systems, not heroic individual effort. We build the infrastructure that makes your whole team more effective.
Honest diagnosis first
We start every engagement by understanding the real problem — not the presenting symptom. That means asking hard questions and being willing to say what others won't.
Let's work together.
If you're ready to build a sales function that performs consistently, we'd love to hear from you.
